Break-fast Plates

Eating healthy shouldn’t be boring and when you’ve waited over 19 hours for a meal you want more than an average dinner. I make it a habit of eating foods that I love and cooking them in ways that are visually appealing and incorporate exciting flavors and varying textures.  You’ll notice that fasting heightens the pallet and makes food taste amazing.

I hope this album of some of my “break-fast” (pronounced brake-fast) meals sparks some ideas for delicious and nutritious meals for you to try.
